We will provide an easy to read web analytics report together with a short workable action plan for that month.

The result will be that in short painless steps your website will perform better and problem areas will be identified and rectified. 

Monthly reports

Each month we provide a brief overview of the previous months traffic, where is came from, how long it stayed, what key word phrases people used to access your site.  We will also identify which route to your site and which keywords produced the most customers. 

For clients running Pay per Click or banner advertising campaigns, we will identify how effectively these are working and provide action points on how to improve their ROI, based on the actual behaviour of visitors to your site.

Access to log files

All we need is the log files from your site.  All sites generate log files, though server configurations vary and access is not always available with some hosts. The easiest way to get the files to us is to provide us with FTP access to the log file folder on your web server.  However, we are equally happy if you prefer to email the log files monthly for analysis.
